Just purchased my first manufactured home from Factory Select Homes with Chery Moss. What a great experience! The process did not feel "salesy", in fact I viewed homes months ago, went a different direction, and then returned to Cheryl for final purchase. She was great about keeping me updated with new models they had available, excellent response time answering all my many questions, and I felt I got a good deal. I priced the same model with another dealer, and it was significantly more and had that very salesy feel, yuck! No back and forth with this company, a good, fair deal. I am so pleased. I am expecting my new home in March so hoping for a good delivery process as well!I also met the GM, Joel, he was awesome and very attentive checking in with us through the process as well. Highly recommend this company so far!

I’ve had a pleasant first experience with my home buying process. The staff at Factory Select are awesome. They catered to my needs. There just aren't enough great things to say about Factory Select Homes in Brooksville, Fl. Aside from their huge selection of well-built and affordable mobile homes, I would give a whole bushel of gold stars to the people who make this place so great. My situation was somewhat unique and not the easiest to work with. My home had been destroyed by a Florida hurricane and I desperately needed a new home. Angel and Joel went above and beyond in their efforts to bring everything together for me, all the while being so caring and comforting. Here, I saw humanity at it's finest moment. Jeyzabeth picked up from there and kept the ball rolling and now I am waiting to receive my new home. If you're looking for a new mobile home, I would definitely recommend looking at Factory Select Homes for a really nice home from really, REALLY, GOOD PEOPLE.

I would highly recommend Cheryl Moss. She is honest and upfront about all the cost involved in purchasing a Manufactured home. It's really a shame that there are not more people like her in this industry. I didn't purchase a home though this company but if I were not going a different direction I would use this company and specifically Cheryl Moss.

We went in there and we dealt with Cheryl Moss. She was awesome. She was able to help answer any questions we had and help us to choose the right home. They went way above and beyond we had been to many parks and looked at over 13 or 14 homes she was able to help us pick what we wanted and she’s been great through the whole process. If I could give this a 10 star I would. Cheryl absolutely rocks and she knows her stuff. Me and my husband have been to several different mobile home companies and they are clueless are they don’t give you a straight answer. If you are or anyone you know is interested in buying a mobile home you need to come here you won’t regret it I promise.

We stopped in here just to check our homes they have available. The ladies here were super helpful and where we are not pulling the trigger right now we will definitely be going with them. The layouts are perfect and the prices are amazing. We have been to a few other places and they were definitely lower than all the rest. They have everything from small houses to large and everything in between. Upgrades you can add on as well. I can’t wait to do business with them in the future.

My wife and I went to Factory Select to get pricing on a new manufactured home. We were fortunate to get Cheryl to help us thru this journey. We had a ton of questions and what she didn't know, she found out and got back to me the next day. She took us into different ones and showed us different features and helped us narrow down our choices. We ended up buying the one we were renting, but in the future if I ever need to get a new one, Cheryl would be my first call.She's the best !!

Purchasing a mobile home was a long and detailed process, but the assistance received from Ms. Jey Burgos-Amezquita and the members of Factory Select in Brooksville, Florida made the process a lot lighter and manageable.Ms. Jey Burgos-Amezquita and her team help us with each and every step to follow until the final delivery day. We were giving a list of our different installers, financial companies, etc....but their help was crucial contacting and securing contractors and providing alternatives and support as we needed.Working with Factory Select in Brooksville, Florida was a blessing. for we were never let out of the loop during the process, our phone calls were always answered, as well as updated information from the manufactures was provided in a timely manner.I wish Factory Select in Brooksville, Florida the best and for Ms. Jay a HUGE THANK YOU, your professionalism, respectful manners, encouragement and guidance are greatly appreciated.

As soon as you walk in the door everyone wants to HELP YOU !!Carolina was the GREATEST with my wife and I !!!!Carolina told us everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. She told us what was on sale and when the sale was over.We ordered the home the same day . We tried 3 other places but no onewas as nice as the people at Factory Select Homes in Brookville .At the end Gina Page came to talk with us. She offered even more helpto my wife and I . It was a GREAT experience !!Thanks to everyone !!!UpdateI cancelled the order after 14 days. That is when things went BAD !Called Gina Page ( General Manager ) Got no answer 2x left messages got NO call backs. I called Jeyzabeth Burgos-Amezguita ( project Coordinator ) 2x got no call backs .After a little over a month I got a e-mail telling I was getting a refund.When I check my credit card it was not a full refund !!!!!! I had to call my credit card company and put a hold on it . After 1 more month I got the rest of the money back !All I can tell is to be VERY CAREFUL !!! When you get the contract make sure You have a way to get OUT of the DEAL !! Not just APPROVAL of loan. If something happens you need a way out of the deal. I was lucky I used my credit card so I was able to get all my money back or I would of lost $600.00 ! JUST BE CAREFULL !!!!!!!!!new updateJust today I got a letter from the Bank. I was charged back the $600.00because they had a little paragraph with a $ 395.00 and 3% charge backclause in. So again BE VERY CAREFULL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service here is amazing! Walking in I thought I was just going to view a few models, and the next thing I know I’m writing a contract!! Holy cow! Working with Melissa was just so easy and low pressure that I felt I was chatting with a friend! She was so patient and provided so much information that I knew I was making the right choice. She introduced me to Gina, the sales manager, and she was equally as friendly and inviting. Can’t wait to see my new home 🙂

I had such an awesome experience visiting the model homes in Brooksville and working with Melissa. The hospitality was incredible and the time and attention I received was better than all the other mobile home dealers I went to! We sat and discussed the whole process from A to Z and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend meeting with Melissa and Gina, the manager. Great customer service!

We haven't purchased a home yet but my husband and I do intend to this year and we plan to go through this company! In our visit we were blessed with the pleasure of having John show us around.
